2025 TALENT SHOW AUDITION FORM
Registration for the 2025 Wish Upon A Star Talent show is open until May 2nd. Each member of a group act must submit a complete audition form. Please include you're group's name.

Important Due Dates
May 2 – Online audition forum closes
May 6 – Song lyrics or other written material that will be part of your act
May 13 – Audition at 3:30 pm
May 20 – Dress rehearsal – 3:30 pm
May 28 – Talent Show – 6:00 pm in the Gym
