Cross Country & Track (Fall)
All 3rd through 8th graders from Holy Family Catholic Church & Holy Family Catholic School are invited to join together for our Northern Virginia Junior Catholic Youth Organization (NVJCYO) team this fall. Practices will be held Mondays & Wednesdays from 5-6 pm at Lake Ridge Middle School under the leadership of Coach Bolin starting on September 4. The team will compete in 3 Cross Country Meets and 1 track & field meet.
Parents are responsible for providing or finding transportation for their children to attend practices and the end-of-season meet.

Runners must wear quality running shoes that are in good condition to protect their feet and knees. They must also bring a filled water bottle to each practice and to the meet.
Parents who wish to volunteer to help at practices or meets can do so by submitting the NVJCYO Volunteer Risk Awareness Agreement to Eileen Marcy.
