Mr. Alan Marr

Mr. Marr joined the Holy Family Catholic School staff in 2022 as the Middle School Math Teacher. He previously taught sixth and seventh grade science with Prince William County Schools. 

 

Before completing his Master's Degree in Education at George Mason University and joining the field of traditional education, Mr. Marr worked in the non-traditional education fields of parks and science museums, in roles including Program Director, Naturalist, and Lead Educator. 

 

On weekends, Mr. Marr enjoys being outdoors, hiking in Shenandoah, or strolling through Occoquan, with his wife, Meaghan, and their two children, Avery and Theodore. The rest of his free time is dedicated to designing or playing games while listening to music.
